Happy Tuesday!  I hope you are having a bright and sunny day!  Here, in Southern Ontario (Canada) we are having sun showers!  Rainbows all over!

Marjorie is a mom, preschool teacher, museum educator and crafter with a long time love for jewelry and vintage treasures. Over the years I've dabbled in many different types of crafts but always seem to come back to making jewelry -my personal favorite!

Marjorie's jewelry isn't just any jewelry!  She breathes new life into formerly loved pieces; making them new for you to love!  But don't take my word for it....feel Marjorie's passion in her own words:

    "My unique handcrafted jewelry creations begin with recycled vintage treasures from my collection. A bead may become part of an earring or a broken piece of jewelry might find a new home in an assemblage necklace or pin. I like to play and move things around until it feels right!

My love of jewelry crafting has become a part of my daily life. My kitchen table, dining room and backyard have all become part of my shop! I like to keep things available and ready if I feel inspired to work on something.

Participating in craft shows and holiday fairs are a regular part of my process. I love meeting people, watching them try on pieces and hearing their thoughts about my jewelry. Coral, white, blue, green and yellow layered beaded necklace with gold accents! Triple strand, bib style beaded statement necklace with fun retro style! Great summer accent and gift idea too!

I created this colorful three strand beaded necklace from a fun mixture of vintage beads in a variety of shapes, sizes and colors. The beads include glass, metal, shell, wood, acrylic and crystal for a touch of sparkle.

This chunky bib style necklace is three separate strands of beads, each one with a different pattern, attached to a recycled adjustable hook clasp. This necklace adjusts from 18" to about 22". (Please note that I could add some additional rings to the clasp to make slightly longer).

This is a unique and one of a kind statement necklace that will bring a bright pop of color to your outfit!

I created this charm style bracelet from my collection of recycled vintage buttons. The emerald green buttons are connected with silver tone loops. Round and square mother of pearl shell buttons alternate around the bracelet dangling from silver tone loops. The result is a fun bracelet!

This bracelet measures approximately 7.5" with silver tone clasp.

This brown and gold recycled button pin begins with an off white vintage plastic button as the base. On top is a cluster collage of vintage plastic buttons in brown tones. The next layer are vintage gold metal beads, two with pearly accents. On the very top are pearl bead embellishments. All buttons are glued together and mounted on a metal pin backing.

A great accent or accessory for your wardrobe all year round!

I created this chunky beaded ornament with a recycled and repurposed collection of vintage and new beads in a colorful mix. A bright blue bead is in the center with a large painted wood bead too. Alternating is a mix of white, red and black beads. The beads include wood, stone and acrylic.

The bright mix of colors and materials give this ornament a fun Southwestern look!

This colorful bead ornament measures approximately 4 1/2" long and hangs from a silver tone metal ornament hook.

This beaded key chain is a mix of repurposed and recycled parts and beads, mixing vintage with new. A bright red acrylic bead is at the top with small black beads. Below is a mix of smaller gold, red and black beads with the gold metal dog charm at the bottom. The beads are attached with gold tone links and then attached to a brushed gold tone split key ring.

This chunky silver ring is an adjustable metal band with a square center. Inlaid in the center is a repurposed green glass mosaic in an emerald green shade with a touch of shimmer.

The square center measures about 3/4" across. The green glass is glued into the center.
